Finance Leases

Leases are complicated contracts that have to clearly detail each clause and term to ensure that both the property owner and the tenant are aware of their responsibilities and duties. We work with businesses of all sizes, as well as property owners and landlords, across New York City and State.

Roy Farid LLP is dedicated to ensuring that all of our client’s needs are fully recognized within the lease contract and that all of the terms are enforced where necessary. We review and advise our clients as to the contents of the lease and also negotiate terms and create leases that fully protect our clients in the event of any disputes or violations. Once the term of the original lease agreement is coming to an end, we can assist with negotiating a renewal or extension, and make any amendments that are needed. In the event of a dispute, our litigation and landlord/tenant disputes practices will coordinate with the practice to ensure that you are aggressively represented.
