Chandni Roy is a partner of Roy Farid, LLP and heads the firm’s real estate transactions, commercial litigation, hospitality, and capital markets departments. Chandni’s clients include commercial real estate developers, hoteliers, residential and commercial property purchasers and sellers, general contractors, subcontractors, investors, private lenders, venture capital firms, and private equity firms.
Chandni also represents a wide variety of clients in connection with fraudulent property transfers and foreclosure defense.
Chandni graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Class of 2018, with a Juris Doctor degree, and magna cum laude from SUNY Old Westbury with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. Chandni is admitted to both New York State Courts and the Southern and Eastern Districts.
