Margaret Farid, Esq., Partner of Roy Farid LLP is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University located in Hempstead, New York. Ms. Farid is a passionate litigator and real estate attorney. Prior to becoming a Partner of Roy Farid LLP, Ms. Farid worked for five years at an off-market real estate brokerage firm, where she learned the intricacies of the real estate legal environment – experience which she now combines with her education to provide her clients with competent services, advice, and representation.
Ms. Farid is a dedicated and diligent advocate for all of her clients, leveraging her particular interest in and knowledge in New York real estate law to ensure that all client advice and representation is focused on achieving favorable outcomes. Her clients include real estate developers, hoteliers, residential and commercial property purchasers, sellers, general contractors, subcontractors, and institutional investors.
Alongside this, Ms. Farid is committed to communicating with clients clearly and openly – keeping all parties informed of any progress relating to their cases and the impact on costs.
Ms. Farid is admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York State.
